The Timeline Agreement
To hit the dates shown above, your order follows a specific workflow:
Proofing Window: Our team emails a professional mockup within 48 hours. Any delay in reviewing or approving this proof will push your delivery date forward.
Production Phase: The business days for production begin the morning after you give us the final go-ahead. Wearables typically take 1–2 weeks, while specialty items like jewelry take 2–3 weeks.
12:00 P.M. EST Cut-off: Orders or approvals received after noon EST are logged as the following business day's activity.
Shipping & Guarantees
Consolidated Shipping: To keep costs low for our partners, we ship entire orders together. If one item in your cart has a longer lead time, the whole order will ship once that item is complete.
The Rush Guarantee: We take our deadlines seriously. If a rush order misses its confirmed delivery date, we will issue a full refund for the rush fee and all shipping costs.
Carrier Selection: We strongly recommend UPS for all time-sensitive orders. We cannot offer arrival guarantees for packages shipped via USPS.

Rush Production Service
When you have a tight deadline, Rush Service moves your project to the front of our production line. This service guarantees your order will arrive by the "Earliest Guaranteed Delivery" date shown in the summary bar above.
How it Works
Priority Queue: Your order skips the standard wait times and enters production as soon as your artwork is approved.
Fixed Arrival: Unlike standard shipping, which is estimated, Rush Service provides a specific arrival date you can rely on for your event.
Carrier Priority: We use the UPS network for all Rush orders to ensure the fastest and most reliable transit possible.
Rush Fees & Deadlines
Standard Rush: Pricing for our 4–9 day guaranteed service begins at 20% of your order subtotal.
Urgent Requests: If you need your order in less than 4 business days, please contact us directly. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional premium fees depending on current production capacity.
The Rush Guarantee
If we miss your confirmed Rush delivery date, we will issue a full refund of the rush service fee and all associated shipping charges. To maintain this guarantee, we require final artwork approval within 24 hours of mockup delivery and the selection of UPS as your carrier at checkout.

Another great way to customize your garment! You can now add wording near the top of your garments at $2.50 a letter per color. Wording will go approximately 2-3 inches above the lower seam of the garment. Letters are 2 inch twill letters. Please give us a call at the store if you have any questions about placement. Please change the quantity to accommodate the number of letters being used. Selecting this feature will add 2-3 business days to the production time of your order.
Pieces of tackle twill, or fabric, are cut then heat-pressed onto the garments and finally sewn-own for a classic look. Jerseys, varsity and letterman jackets are the common apparel type for this customization. This customization option gives a vintage look that is great for traditional greek letter apparel and personalizing the sleeves on hoodies or jackets.
