What are Business Operational Days
Although EZ Corporate Clothing may be open 7-days-a-week, the weekends are typically reserved to provide customer service and to welcome local, in-store pickups. Our production, business operational days are from Monday to Friday.
Similarly, our shipping carriers', UPS® and USPS® business operational days are from Monday to Friday. UPS® usually does not deliver on the weekends, but will deliver on Saturday for an additional fee; contact us for any inquiries regarding Saturday delivery with UPS®. USPS® can deliver on Saturday free-of-charge, depending on the local business operational days.
Where to Locally Pick-up from
If you selected in-store, local pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

EZ Corporate Clothing will only ship to the United States of America (USA) via UPS® and USPS®. UPS® only delivers to a physical street address and is unable to deliver to a(n): post office (PO) box, army post office (APO), fleet post office (FPO), and diplomatic post office (DPO). However, USPS® delivers to a physical street address, PO box, APO, FPO, and DPO.
How to Calculate My Shipping Cost
The shipping cost calculated at checkout is the lowest cost available, and is based on the total weight of your completely packaged personalized products, your selected shipping method, and your shipping address.
The optional rush fee is for rush service, which is available for a percentage of the subtotal, not including the shipping cost and any applicable taxes from the total.
How to Receive My Order Faster
To offer a large selection of apparel and accessories and a wide variety of customization options, not all of our products are in-stock and ready to be shipped, so they may have to be ordered and delivered to us first, before we can begin the preparation of the personalization or production process, sorting process, and packaging and shipping processes.

All transit times shown above are for UPS Ground shipping service from our location in West Hempstead, New York.
In order to guarantee these delivery dates above and days below, all orders must be placed before 12:00 P.M. EST, or they will be processed the following business day. In addition, we must receive the entire, accurate order with: product name(s) or identification number(s), product color(s), product quantit(y/ies), artwork or logo, shipping address(es), etc.
These delivery dates above and days below are from the time that we receive the entire, accurate order as well as the blank products from our suppliers and can begin producing, sorting, packaging, and shipping, then plus shipping carrier delivery days, so please keep this in mind and allow for adequate time when ordering.
Please note that if you order other products that take longer to ship, then we will wait to ship your order together, so please contact us to learn which products that take longer to ship, and place more than one order if you need specific products sooner.
Once your order has shipped, an email shipment confirmation with the respective tracking information will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If you did not receive that email after 14 days have passed, please contact us for an update as soon as possible.
STANDARD SERVICE
The normal delivery time for all orders with any shipping methods is 7-14 business days.
RUSH SERVICE
- For 1-3 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS 2nd Day Air®
- For 4-6 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS 2nd Day Air®
- For 5-7 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS 3 Day Select®
- For 8-9 guaranteed business days from ordering, add rush and choose UPS Ground
All rush orders must be delivered with UPS® or we cannot guarantee a delivery date for you.
We fully reserve the right to contact you if there are any conflicts with your selected rush date during checkout.
HELPFUL HINTS
- Using UPS® is strongly recommended, and most of the packages we ship are via UPS®. UPS® guarantees Saturday delivery for an additional fee; contact us for any inquiries regarding Saturday delivery with UPS®.
- USPS® is the least expensive option. However, delivery times vary greatly and are inconsistent as they are not guaranteed; they can be as little as 1-2 or long as 5-7 business days, which includes Saturday, depending on the local business days.
- Whenever you need your custom products in less than 5 business days, contact us; we are here to help. We know creative ways to get your order to you quickly or can offer 100s of apparel and accessories that can ship out the same or next business day.
- To save money, contact us. We are here to help you find the least expensive shipping option in order to make your desired delivery date; sometimes a simple product color change or alternative product can save you both time and money.
How to Resolve Shipping/Delivery Issues
ORDER MISSED MY EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE
We assure you that your order will be handled and shipped in a timely manner. If your order is delivered more than 14 business days from ordering, contact us for a 10% refund of your order. Or if in the rare case your order misses your rush date, contact us for a full refund of the rush service and all shipping related fees. We are, in no way, responsible for delays resulting from: you missing your delivery by not being present at the time of delivery if required to do so, negligence of our shipping carriers, strikes, weather conditions, power failures, etc.
We cannot guarantee when packages being shipped to a(n) APO, FPO, or DPO address will be delivered. In addition, they are handled by the government and cannot be tracked. Therefore, you will assume full responsibility for any packages being shipped to a(n) APO, FPO, or DPO address that are delayed. As a result, it is recommended to ship your order to another address, such as a personal address, family member's address, friend's address, colleague's address, work address, etc.
SHIPPING CARRIER PACKAGE DELIVERY RE-ROUTE
If you incorrectly or incompletely entered your shipping address in any way, such as missing a house number, street number, and/or apartment number, or including the wrong city, state, zip code, etc., then you must pay for the package intercept fee, disclosed upon claim and provided by our shipping carrier; there are absolutely no exceptions. Please contact us for assistance with having your package re-routed to the correct address as soon as possible, before it is delivered to the wrong address or returned to us.
SHIPPING CARRIER REFUSED/RETURNED MY PACKAGE
This means that our shipping carrier has attempted to deliver your package up to at most 3 times. Unfortunately, the address you entered during checkout is incorrect; it may be missing a house number, street number, and/or apartment number, or may include the wrong city, state, zip code, etc. If the address is not 100% correct, then you will not receive your package.
Once at most 3 delivery attempts have been made, our shipping carrier did not receive a timely response from you, and your package has been returned to us, please contact us and let us know of your complete address, so that we can resend your order. However, you must pay for the reshipment fee, which is generally the same as the shipping cost of your original order; there are absolutely no exceptions.
It is important that the proper address was provided to ensure that your package is delivered in a timely fashion. Please carefully make sure your address is correct on all future orders to avoid this problem.
SHIPPING CARRIER DAMAGED MY PACKAGE
We understand that our shipping carrier has damaged your package, however we feel responsible and want to make it up to you. In the event that your package arrives damaged, all packaging must be retained and properly documented. Please contact us with images of the damage and the products to be replaced, and to receive 10% off of your next individual order, within 72 hours of receipt. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any replacements afterwards.
Packages being shipped to a PO box is only insured for at most $50. If you would like to add additional insurance for shipping to a PO box for an order over $50, please contact us to place an order for you or after placing your order online.
Packages being shipped to a(n) APO, FPO, or DPO address are handled by the government and cannot be insured. Therefore, you will assume full responsibility for any packages being shipped to a(n) APO, FPO, or DPO address that are damaged. As a result, it is recommended to ship your order to another address, such as a personal address, family member's address, friend's address, colleague's address, work address, etc.
SHIPPING CARRIER LOST MY PACKAGE
We understand that our shipping carrier has lost your package, however we feel responsible and want to make it up to you. Please contact us to have your order remade and receive 10% off of your next individual order.
Packages being shipped to a PO box is only insured for at most $50. If you would like to add additional insurance for shipping to a PO box for an order over $50, please contact us to place an order for you or after placing your order online.
Packages being shipped to a(n) APO, FPO, or DPO address are handled by the government and cannot be insured or tracked. Therefore, you will assume full responsibility for any packages being shipped to a(n) APO, FPO, or DPO address that are lost. As a result, it is recommended to ship your order to another address, such as a personal address, family member's address, friend's address, colleague's address, work address, etc.
PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED, BUT NOT LOCATABLE
We understand that our shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered, but you were unable to locate it. Please carefully double-check your physical premises again and with anyone within your physical premises, then with either your building or neighbors from both the left and right residing addresses. If you are still unable to locate your package afterwards, please contact us for assistance with filing a claim with our shipping carrier.
