How fast is store setup?

We can have your store open in as little as 24 hours. This is possible if your selected styles and logos are ready to go. Otherwise, we typically launch within a few days once designs are approved.

Is there any setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees. There are also no additional fees for any changes or additions you want for your store.

Can the company store be available to anyone, or just a select group of recipients?

Both! You can require password access for your store’s URL, so only approved users can view and purchase. If you want your store public, we can make that available too.

How many products can I add to my store?

You can add an unlimited number of products and styles. We work with many warehouse suppliers and clothing brands, so we’re confident we can find exactly what you’re looking for.

Do you have guidelines for the number of products we should offer in our company store?

We recommend starting small with 1–2 options per category (for example, 2 jackets, 2 shirts, 2 polos). Over time, you can refine your selections based on what your team prefers and what sells best.

How many logos can be uploaded to my company store?

You can upload an unlimited number of logos, designs, or variations. Unlike some competitors who limit the number of active logos, we keep it completely flexible.

What customizations are available?

How do I approve designs?

You send us your logo and the styles you’d like to feature. We’ll send a digital mockup for your review. Once you approve the design, it becomes live in your store for purchase.

What is the minimum order?

Just one! Once your logo is approved and set up, you can order as few as one item or as many as thousands. One of the biggest benefits of our company store is that there are no minimums.

How does pricing work?

We offer discounted pricing starting at 10% off retail. Larger stores or more frequent orders can receive up to 25% off. Pricing is transparent, and we’ll always work to get you the best rate possible.

Do you accept purchase orders, Net 30 terms, or tax exemption?

Yes. Please indicate on your form if you’d like to make purchases using POs, Net 30 terms, or tax-exemption status. You’ll receive a credit application by email to complete your setup.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is about 10 days from order to delivery. For urgent requests, we offer a rush service that prioritizes your order in production and can guarantee a specific delivery date.

How fast is shipping?

We offer several shipping options: next-day, 2-day, 3-day, or standard USPS mail. Delivery times depend on your location and the service selected at checkout.
