Even though our turnaround time is quick, there are some things you'll want to know to help plan your next company apparel order.
- Most regular pieces ship in 5-10 business days.
- We keep many of our most common products in stock, so customizations on these garments will typical ship the fastest.
- We can order just about any type of garment you can think of from our warehouses. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for on our website, let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to find it.
- The quicker you give us feedback, the quicker we can move forward with the next step of your order. Be sure to check your spam folders just in case!
- We're located in West Hempstead, NY. If you're in the area, it might be faster for you to pick up your order when it's ready rather than having it shipped. We're open seven days a week!
- For a fee of 15% of your order total, we'll rush produce your order in as little as 3-7 business days.
- Need your order as fast as possible? We offer next day, second day, and three day shipping.
- Most of our orders are shipped via UPS. This means you'll receive tracking information on your package, and we should be able to tell you how many days your order will take to ship once it's completed at our store.
- Have a P.O. Box? No worries. We can also ship your order via the United States Postal Service.
- And of course, let us know if there is a certain event that you need your order for, and we'll coordinate with you.
