Shipping Costs Depend on the Total Weight of your Order, which will be calculated at Checkout. UPS and USPS Shipping Options are Available.

Production Times:
 
Delivery times are based on the designs you choose to submit. Therefore, we ask that you plan ahead to allow our Art and Production Departments the maximum amount of time to ensure that your order exceeds you and your company's expectations. Two weeks is the standard turn-around time for custom screen printed and embroidered designs.
 
Rush Service:
 
RUSH service is available for delivery in as little as 3-7 days.
- In order to guarantee rush times, we must have all details of the entire order, i.e.
a count, sizes, artwork, colors, and address.
-Rush orders must be placed before 2 p.m. or they will be dated the
following business day. All rush times do not account for shipping days. Please allow
adequate time when ordering. Please type in comments box when item is needed.
- Glassware and Plastics will ship within 10 business days; add 20% for rush
delivery.
RUSH FEES ARE FOR RUSH PRODUCTION- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. A working day starts on the next business day and does not include holidays or weekends.

Shipping Policies:

Most orders are shipped via UPS. UPS will only deliver to a physical street address and will not deliver to a Post Office Box. When your order ships, you will receive an email to the email address you provided with the tracking number for your order. We do not ship to Canada or outside of the United States.
 
Post Office Boxes:
 
Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have a campus box address and it does not include an actual street address, your order will also be shipped via USPS. Shipments being made through the Postal Service cannot be tracked, thus we cannot provide an expected date and/or time of delivery. We do NOT claim responsibility for any packages that are shipped out using USPS because these orders cannot be insured. We recommend all of our customers provide a physical shipping address so that we can insure and track your shipment. 
 
Shipping To Hawaii And Alaska:
Due to high shipping prices to Hawaii and Alaska, any orders being shipped out to these states will have an additional $35.00 charge added to the shipping costs.
 
Returns and Exchanges:

Because all orders are custom-made, we do NOT accept returns unless your item(s) is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. Our Quality Assurance and Sorting Deparment thoroughly examines and counts orders being shipped out to ensure that garment sizes and quantities are all correct. We also examine all items for defects before they are shipped. EZCorporateClothing.com is not responsible for any issues with orders that have been opened and/or left unattended after they are delivered. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact a customer service representative at 1-877-304-1899 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our store hours are Monday-Wednesday 9am-10pm EST, Thursday and Friday 9am-6pm EST, Saturday 10am-6pm EST and Sunday 11am-5pm EST.
 
Please do not send any items back to us without calling first:
 
We reserve the right to refuse and send back any unauthorized returns at the customers' own expense. Please do not alter the item(s) received in any way. After two weeks of receiving the item, we do NOT accept any returns for any reason. 
 
Re-routing Packages:
 
Should you enter your shipping address incorrectly or leave it incomplete (i.e. missing apartment number, room number, etc.), there is a $10.00 UPS Package intercept fee which must be paid in order to have your shipment re-routed to the correct address. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping To APO/FPO Addresses:

Packages being shipped to a military address are handled by the government and cannot be insured or tracked. We cannot guarantee when the package will be delivered and how long it will take. If the customer chooses to ship to a military address, once the package is shipped from our store, the customer is fully responsible for it. We do NOT claim responsibility for any packages that are lost, delayed, damaged or missing after that point. We recommend that you instead ship your orders to a personal address or a family member/friend's address.
