Front shoulder loops for radio attachment. Side seam zippers for equipment access. Stand up fleece-lined collar. Inside storm flap. Black rib knit at the cuffs and hem. Zippered front pockets lined with soft fleece/nylon. Zippered inside valuables pocket.
